At GermanCarServices, we take pride in the quality of our workmanship and the parts we use. All work carried out is backed by a clear and fair warranty for your peace of mind.

Our Warranty

All parts supplied and fitted by GermanCarServices are covered by a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first), unless otherwise stated.

Labour carried out by our technicians is covered for the same period.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in parts supplied by us
  • Labour associated with replacing a faulty supplied part
  • Work completed in line with manufacturer service schedules

What's Not Covered

  • Fair wear and tear (including brake pads, brake discs, clutches, tyres)
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or continued driving with a known fault
  • Faults unrelated to the original repair or service
  • Customer-supplied parts
  • Software or electronic issues not directly related to the original work

Manufacturer Warranty Protection

GermanCarServices operates in line with UK & EU Block Exemption Regulations, meaning:

  • Your manufacturer warranty remains valid
  • We use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts
  • Work is carried out by qualified technicians
  • Digital or physical service records are updated where applicable

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe an issue is covered under warranty:

  • Contact GermanCarServices as soon as possible
  • Do not arrange repairs elsewhere without our approval
  • Return the vehicle to us for inspection

Unauthorised repairs may invalidate warranty coverage.
